  1. Two options are : put the worksheet on a design layer, make two viewports of it, cropped to the top and bottom, or make two worksheets, and set the criteria for the first (channel <50) and the second (channel >49) and use that to limit the number of items in each worksheet.
  2. I did a video a few weeks ago that may be of help. https://university.vectorworks.net/course/view.php?id=3195
  3. You can't have a viewport with different layer scales. I typically use page based data tags in the annotations to show the data in the label legend. There is a similar discussion in the thread below
  4. I've made a hoist data tag that is the same size as an Avery label. I make a viewport with hoists at a scale 1:1000, add the tag in the annotations, then arrange the tags in a grid. If I've made bridle diagrams, I put it next to the tag. I can then print a sheet of labels to spike the floor.
  5. For movie location shooting, we'll draft everything to scale, and like Scott says, use detail viewports at a larger scale to show certain areas. For an overall plan, I'll use data tags in the annotation. The label legends will be too small to read at that scale, but the data tags are page based, so they will always be legible. 6. Try setting your default attributes to "Make all attributes by class" before you draw the cable
  7. This data tag uses the incrementing value of a numbering tag, but also pushes the value into the ID field for a window. WindowRenumbering2.mp4 Window Renumbering v2023.vwx
