  1. No, I will give that a try, at the moment I am simply redrawing the components that are incorrect !! Not exactly a productive way to work but quicker than endless guessing my end, I am self taught so always assume its my lack of official training thats the problem, thanks for help with this 🙏
  2. Yes same thing, even the design layer is wrong with hidden line. I have converted to generic solids and no difference ! I would like to know what the problem is so that if its something I am doing I can avoid it in the future. Even stranger is that I think I mirrored from the set on the left which have rendered correctly.
  3. Thanks for letting me know. File attached. Master Bedroom Wardrobes copy.vwx
  4. Hi, Can someone have a look at this and explain what I have done wrong. The shelves on the left don't show the geometry behind the render but the ones on the right do and I cant work out why. View port settings are Final quality render/Hidden line. Thanks
  5. Interior CAD Is anyone in the UK currently using Interior CAD? Despite its impressive capabilities, it seems that there is minimal marketing, limited support, and a low uptake of the software in the UK. We are seriously considering implementing it in our workflow, but the apparent lack of a user base and available support is a concern. Additionally, we’re exploring potential integration paths from Interior CAD to CNC software like V-Carve or similar solutions. I would love to hear from anyone who has successfully implemented this setup and can share their experience or advice. Thanks
  6. Hi, We are a contemporary furniture and interiors design practice based in Dorset, England. We have made the decision to try and outsource some of our drafting work. We require someone who has experience in Manufacture because we are looking for 2D workshop/production quality drawings ready to go into our in house manufacturing facility. The majority of the work is fitted furniture and kitchens but it is all bespoke and very high end. Obviously we are looking for someone quick and experienced on Vectiorworks and that is used to understanding the technical requirements involved in Bespoke high end work. Website link attached to give you a flavour of the sort of work we undertake and complete, we are a small team of 7. https://www.simonthomaspirie.co.uk/ Please reach out here john@simonthomaspirie.co.uk if you think that this is something that you might be able to help with. Thanks John john@simonthomaspirie.co.uk
