[Extending student license]

I have had the same issue and have been waiting at least 3 days and I do not have any options to download it again. Would you be able to help me please?

[Student account not updating]

I have downloaded Vectorworks 2020 onto my Mac through the student portal, I used it for 30 days which then was asked to see proof of my enrollment to go past the 30 days. I have added my document to prove I am a student, and "updated" it but have not been able to use Vectorworks since my 30 days is up even though I added my proof of enrollment - when i open my Vectorworks app it asks me for a serial number but the only one I have is the one from before my trial expired. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know! Thanks in advanced.
