  1. Does VW have a fence command similar to AutoCad that allows you to trim or extend a large number of lines at the same time by drawing a line through all the lines you want to extend?

  4. Is there a shortcut key to choose and repeat the last command you just used? In autocad, you could for example do a copy command, press the space bar and do another copy command. Thanks!!
  5. Nevermind...I got it! It works!! Thanks guys!!!
  6. How do I use it? I have it checked in my preferences but how do I activate it? Thanks!
  7. Robert, Thanks for the tip but I'm not sure if that snap to loci works in the same manner. I would still need to click at a point and pan up or down or zoom out to end the line where I needed it to be. Is there a one click method to drawing a line at a specific point? Thanks!!
  8. Does Vectorworks have the capabilities to draw a line which extends through the entire window at one click that one can use to line up plan and elevation elements? In AutoCad is was the x-line (I think?) command, this allowed you to not have to click a point and drag it all the way thru your entire drawing. Instead, you just clicked at a point a line would appear which extended thru your entire drawing.
