Hello! I am a student in university, and have been trying to access VW 2022 on my computer, through the student portal download. However, whenever I try to enter my serial number, the installer says "invalid serial number." I know my proof of enrollment was approved, as I got an email telling me - I am not sure what I am supposed to do or how to fix this issue. Any help would be much appreciated!
