Just tracked this down. Win XP said it recognised my USB key and installed a driver. Instead I had to download the Hasp4 win 32s driver and install. All now okay.

I have a USB dongle version of VW. Install on XP results in no request for my 1900.... serial no. VW opens in demo mode only. The dongle is in the USB port and is lit and was recognised by windows. Any Suggestions?
