hi dear team of vectorworks, i'm a student at the second year of the accatedmy of arcitecture USI, last year my license has worked, but this time i've made the same passages and uploading the new enrollment certificate. i havent recived the new serial number and not even a mail of confirm of the request. i dont know how to fix the problem and recive a new serial number for the license then, how can i fix it ? thank for you help Attestato2021.pdf
