Hello, I had the same problem with an external plugin. It is probably already loaded in the program but the plugin access menu is hidden. In my case I found the plugin in the general menu and copied it into a submenu. I hope it works!

yes it is very strange. I kept a 2024 version and tested it without any problems. In 2025 I don't know why the command doesn't respond. Not even the next menu appears!! I already tried to reinstall it but it stayed the same!

Thank you for the suggestion. I actually had a custom user for landmark worksapce. As suggested, I tried to remove and add the tool from the menu but without success!! Any additional suggestions? Thanks

Hello, I installed the new version of vectorworks landmark 2025 and the tool "creat objects from shapes" is not working. Don't even even access the menu. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas to solve it? Thanks

Hello, I copied it to a new file and the problem remains in the new file. I can change the stitch but the volume doesn't follow the line. When I start a new drawing and draw a curved wall it works however when I copy it and place it in my drawing it loses its shape Note: Works on straight walls!

Hello, I now have VW 2023 and the problem is the same. When editing countours from site model, vectorworks simply crashes and exit. Any answers to the problem? How can we adjust existing surfate without this feature to correct DTM before using the site modifiers to define the final surface! Thanks!

Thank you for your help. The download was carried out through the Portugal customer portal. Had installed an earlier version of the VW with no problems. To avoid possible conflicts, I removed all previous versions of the program. The problem remains... I tried to carry out the suggestion but an internal error occurs in the installation! Any other suggestions?

Hello I recently upgraded to VW 2023 and I have the same problem as @Lisar. 1- after installation there is a plugin error VGS_Directlink.vlb "Plugin are not compatible with current version of vectorworks" Strange I suppose that it was installed by the vectorworks 2023 installation pack available on the website! 2 - Asking to continue the VW opens but after +- 30 minutes of use it mysteriously disappears without a trace!! Sequential consequence blue screen of windows and system reset. I have already performed the various operations left on the forum namely those posted by @Gunther but unfortunately without success. I've already reported the problem to technical support but so far I haven't gotten a response that solves the problem (points 1 and 2). Can someone help!
