So I've been waiting for a bit to have my license to be renewed for the new school semester and I keep checking and it still hasn't been renewed and I need for a project ASAP. I tried reuploading my Student ID, reinstalling vectorworks completely and checking my serial number but nothing seems to be changing, and it been a bit sense I sent in a new photo of my student ID and I tried resending it but it still seems to be taking a while. Any chance anyone know how long this will take? How I can fix it?
