Yes. A suggestion has been made that I should upgrade to VW2021

When a change is made or something new is drawn, it does not appear on the screen until the mouse is moved. It used to be that it wouldn't appear until you zoomed in or out, but now the normal two finger drag to move in or out is dysfunctional. This happens on files created on this computer and also on imported files that work perfectly on the other computer This is on a Mac operating with macOS Big Sur 11.3.1
