There is no vectorworks pref file....

I am loading Vectorworks 11 on a powerMac G4 with system 10.3.4. When I try to start te application, I get a message that no Dogle is present. The dongle is lit, I hve downloaded and installed the unified installer from ealaddin.com, I've downloaded the dongel i.d mac from your site which confirms the dongle is working and is the correct number. Also as a check I loaded VW onto a G4 laptop to see if it would work and it did! But this isn't the machine I want to use VW on. Please help.
