  1. It seems that hybrid 2D/3D symbols can be only rotated on the x-axis plane. Is there any way to rotate in other axis?
  2. What do you mean? I thought this was general (Home->General->Rendering) Vectorworks forum?
  3. Is there a way to show dashed edges while using shaded graphics. When I put mouse on top of viewport it shows the edges like this. This is basically just what I want (check the picture below). If dashed edges is not possible how about plain line edges? Or something similiar to point out the shape of 3D object (solid in this case).
  4. Why is it not possible to choose option "Path relative to current document"? I'm working with multiple VW-files that are stored in the same folder. All references are in another folder but on the same volume. With all other files in this project (with the very same folder structure) there is no problem but with this one file relative path is disabled. I have saved the file and re-opened it many times. Working files and reference files are saved on the same volume and on the same master folder. Any ideas? Screenshot attached.
  5. So to put it simple: this is just a bug. Or if not a bug then totally irrational function. I would find it very useful if the Y-ruler would show me the Z-coordinates in the side view. It's strange that the Y-ruler is messed in the side view when using user origin since it has nothing to do with Z-coordinates. Anyway, this was driving me mad since I thought that I was doing something wrong but it was just a bug. What a relief... Hope they fix this asap.
  6. When importing dwg files as reference something strange happens to drawing Z-coordinates. If I look the drawing form the side view (attached picture) the Z:0 seems to be moved a lot below where it used to be. But still for example if I draw a rectangle on a layer (with elevation 0) it will show up on the same level where the Z:0 used to be. Not where the Z:0 seems to be now? I know that User origin changes the X,Y values and you can change the elevation per layer. But how to change the "global" Z coordinate of the drawing? I'm totally stuck here. What the hell is going on here??
  7. Thanks! This is great workaround and it works fine
  8. Hello, is there a way to change a value in multiple cells at once in worksheet?
