  1. Hello listers, is there such a thing as a vw viewer that I can use to send a rendered image to a non vw user? I want to send an image of my scenography to a director so that he can rotate it. Is there such a thing available? I know I can send 3 or 4 jpgs but it would be more fun for the viewer to get another perspective. TIA, Frank.
  2. Hello there Delmer, thanks for the tip. Frank
  3. Hello listers, I downloaded a plug in which gives me a date and time stamp for my drawings. This is a great tool and I want to have it on my laptop as well but I cannot find the source. I looked in vectordepot and it gives one for vw9 but I run 10.5 and it won't open. Any thoughts? TIA, Frank.

    pc to mac

Hej Listers, thanks for your thoughts. I have no need to have dual monitors on the go. I am a scenographer and use vw for my drawings and some small renderings. I will continue to make models as those who actually make the things need to have the tactile quality inherent in a model. Typically I use vw and photoshop all the time and the net to send of the results, so it seems a mini should do the trick. Thank you for the words of wisdom. Frank.
  5. Hello listers, I am considering changing from pc to mac. I am fed up with virus attacks and disappearing internet connection so here is my question.. Does anyone know anything about or indeed use the mini mac? I cannot afford to change to to a regular size mac as I need to upgrade to vw 11 also in order to change system. Any thoughts/advice much appreciated. Frank
  6. Hello people, I recently downloaded a file from the net and it came as a RAR file extension. My computer win xp does not know how to open it and someone suggested WinRAR to me - I have no idea what this is and cannot find it using the search engine on my computer. Any helpful suggestions much appreciated. Have a good day, Frank

    plug ins

    Thanks for the info--Frank
  8. I am using vw 10.5 seldomly I must admit but i am making progress. I read on the bulletin boards about plug ins for standard primitives amongst other things. Where do I find these and how do I load them? Thanks in advance. Frank.
