Hi All, For info, the problem appears to have been that the installer was not always doing a full installation and in that instance VW was launching in demo mode. A check of the installation log and a custom install of the missing components seems to have cured the problem. Regards, Ian Hignett Manchester Metropolitan University

Hi Katie, These are regular licenses. The software is installed from the 10.5.1 CD. The two successfully installed licenses appear to be consistently ok.. Thanks for your prompt reply, Ian Hignett Manchester Metropolitan University

Hi all, From browsing the Tech Forum it is clear that there is a problem with VW refusing to run other than in demo mode. My box product license ran fine but of four additional licenses attempted so far, two ran ok after reentering the serial number as VW launched and two will only run as demos. I've tried trashing the prefs file but that did'nt help. Specs are: VW 10.5.1 Industry Collection MacOSX 10.3.3 Any suggestions? Thanks for your help, Ian Hignett Manchester Metropolitan University
