Can you use 'GetPluginChoiceIndex ' within the same plugin to retrieve a selection made from the OIP. If so could you show me an example? Does anybody know if you can set choices for a pop up menu from within the plugin. ie. use an external text file to setup choices. JOHN GREANEY john@JGDS.co.nz

I would like to see examples of all the procedures in the function reference Guide. I have used dialog Builder with differing results but it does give you the basics. Dialog Builder must be about 3 or 4 years old now and is a beta version. I wonder when it will become a final release?

Does anybody know if there is any other vectorscript language reference apart for the NNA Help. I find it is a bit sparse for an intermediate user wanting to go a bit further with scripting. Ie. Dialog building etc. I would find it a great help if I could view an example code for a particular procedure, copy and paste to do what ifs in the script editor. If there is another intermediate scripter out there that would like to share ideas I would be keen to make contact. Petri The polygons I have been importing from another software package have only 4 verticies, mostly rectangles, some with mitred ends.

Has anybody written a script that can convert a 2D polygon to a VW Wall. ie. Polygon = 3000mm X 90mm converted to a VW Wall that is 3000mm long by 90mm wide X the Layer Delta Z height. Cheers JOHN GREANEY john.gr@xtra.co.nz
