  1. Greetings, My name is Adrian Giacca, the owner of Remote Landscape. I have provided my clientele with creative and graphically rich landscape designs for over 10 years. We are a remote office working for contractors and homeowners around the world. I am looking to hire a Vectorworks drafts person will similar or greater experience than my own and will be responsible for the creation of base plans and 3D models of homes. There is a consistent flow of new projects so I am interested in someone who can submit projects quickly and accurately. If I like your work and you are interested in more, there will be additional tasks to be completed. I have created a file for your review prior to preparing a proposal for my consideration. Please supply answers to the questions I provided and submit them by email to adrian@remotelandscape.com. The most impressive submissions will be invited to a video meeting interview. I will likely hire many drafts persons and will provide more work to the best ones. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS Thank you for your consideration. I'm looking forward to collaborating with you. Regards, Adrian Giacca
  2. Hello Cory, I own a one man landscape design firm with too much work and would love to find a drafter to build 3D models of homes and existing landscape features and topography. This would be a great place to start. We can then evolve to more detailed levels of my projects. I'm looking forward to connecting. www.remotelandscape.com Thanks Adrian
  3. Hello, I've been experimenting with a new look for my 2D landscape designs, and have been wanted a more creative water colour aesthetic. Attached is my design. However, my drawing often gets bogged down by the images I've applied to the plants and surfaces, and I later get messages my computer is running out of memory. These symbols I've created for plants and furniture make each move a slow and lagy process. I've uploaded these images to my resource image palette and have chosen water colour swatches that have many of them so I don't have to upload too many images. However, stretching each image to fit unique shapes is an annoying process. 1) Does anyone know where I can buy or access swatches that have a unique water colour texture I can apply to my 2D surfaces? 2) Is there a way of uploading images to the resource browser so that they don't slow down the rendering of my drawing as I am working on it. Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Thank you 🙂 Gibson_PresentationPlan_01_02_22.pdf
  4. Greetings, My name is Adrian Giacca, of Remote Landscape. I am looking to hire a architectural drafts person to help me create 3D models of homes. I will send you a site survey, site measurements and photos to build your model from. I expect the work to be completed in a few hours. You have 3 Days to provide me with a draft. Here is a job I could get you started on immediately. Important details: - All surfaces must-have textures - Combine similar textures - Focus only on the house details. - Use your best judgement for the location of windows and heights of walls. Create a list of dimensions you guessed at so I am aware of the inconsistencies. - Ignore hardscape & furniture. Site Photos & House Dimensions: (DXF & PDF): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1eaqabeiHqbj3XTjqrCY8gZQd4PywSXxJ?usp=sharing Please, only Vectorworks 2020 designers only. Thanks, Adrian
