Hi, Yes we have the same problem also described in this form see: http://techboard.nemetschek.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=12;t=004584 It looks like it only happens on a network with de network licence (serial numbers)i think vecorworks looks for free numbers and this slows down sometimes. I don't have a solution accept, pulling the network plug after opening the drawing from the network. It's very usefull to have a network folder for your templates and favorites etc. We use windows, and we have moved the standards/templates/workspaces folders to a UNC path on the server, made three shortcuts in the vectorworks folder (on every PC) named standards templates workspaces and is just working fine for our 20 pc's. But i agree it isn't the normal way, but i don't now a better way in vectorworks. Teun

Hi, I'm drawing dimension lines in a drawing (layer scale 1:100), everything fine, but when i put the same dimension line in a symbol and place it in my drawing the Linear markers disappear. If i zoom out it will show again but not on my print. Maybe something to do with scale? Teun KCAP The Netherlands
