OK - Is it possible to get VW to ignore the hatches? What happens on the Critical error is that VW crashes & shuts down. With OS 10.3.3 at least the system doesn't hang, but it's not very elegant. Jonathan

We have just updated one of our workstations to VW11 to take advantage of the supposedly better support for DWG conversion. However, we are still getting CriticalOpenDWG! errors on some drawings - including those where we have created a test drawing in-house on Vectorworks (9.5), converted it to a .dwg, worked on it on our AutocadLT (2002) workstation, and then sent it back to our VW workstations. The drawings are stripped out of all excess data, and are only 200K or so in size. What is causing this problem and what can we do to help our clients format the drawings better when sending to us?

I am printing to an HP DJ 450c via ethernet, from VW9.5.2. I am using OS 10.3.2. I can set up the printer using CUPS, and have upgraded the GIMP software to 4.2.6. The problem I have that is several layers of the drawing fail to print, typically black layers such as titleblocks etc. Any ideas what is going wrong? Jonathan

To follow on from this thread, I am having problems printing in VW9.5.2 with Panther. I am using the 4.2.6GIMP software to print on a HP DJ 450c via a JetDirect card. The print we obtain is not complete - usually one or more layers is missing. Any thoughts? Regards, Jonathan
