inserting window in wall: "wall detail" allows wrapping of components. this is happening only in ground plan whereas it would be needed also in vertical section views. would be fine to customize the wrapping numerically for all 4 situations. also nice to have: stepping of the wall core component to fit in window- a method commonly used in historic architecture.

In modern architecture roofs and walls often have similiar functionality and appearence. therefore it would be nice to have the window and cw tool work an roofs, roof faces and slabs. insertion of windows into roofs/slabs is now complicated and tiresome. the "surface array" tool works fine for complex geometry but is not precise and flexible enough for planar surfaces. other bim software uses sloped walls...
