Connecting ETC ION/Nomad to Vision 4.0 MAC&PC or 2.3 PC via Artnet

I have done all of this and my ETC Ion Talks to Vision and I can control the instruments for about 60 seconds then it drops out again. If I change the IP address it will work again, but does the same. Any advise?
