We are a custom residential architecture firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. We need someone very skilled in Vectorworks to set up and maintain a model for a complex residential project, including the landscape/terrain (hill site). It is not a straight forward house. Our office typically drafts 2D in Vectorworks and we have plans started. We will also need access to this 3D file to update it ourselves as needed. needs: - develop the files already started by us - pick up edits as needed - make 3D file from 2D pdf and dwgs - set up Classes/Layers per our standards - set up Classes for renders so that we can view structure vs plumbing vs exterior etc - set up sheets as needed - share the files w/ our office, we will occasionally update it on our own - rough renders of the model interior/exterior throughout the project - more final renders of interior/exterior at times you: - intermediate - expert level experience in Vectorworks - examples of similar work - experience reading CD drawings - rendering skills (video is a plus) - detail oriented - conversational in English - available 10+ hours per week - available for up to 1 year if interested, please send info and work examples to hello@evenspace.studio
