  1. Hi Pat Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try.
  2. Hi I'm trying to sort a database of seats, but unsure how to sort the rows to match how the rows in real life are configured. The rows go A to Z, then AA to ZZ, then AB to AZ. Is this sortable or unworkable due to how vectorworks sorts letters? can I add a . or a - to make it work? Cheers
  3. I would also be interested in this. Would be great if someone at Vectorworks could make create it. Would definitely be beneficial for event organisers. I would suggest the following: Tent Manufacturer - Hoeker or Roder (this would define preset dimensions as per manufacturers specs by choosing... Tent Span e.g. 6m, 9m, 12m etc. Number of Bays: thus giving total length Tent Bay Width: e.g. 3m, 5m etc Leg Height: 2.3m, 3m, 4m, 5m All these should then define things like tent peak height, tent roof style automatically. For the wall option, if I could suggest selecting options per bay which would be: no wall, half wall, windowed wall, wall with door. For the flooring, I would suggest options being: Board floor, cassette floor and no floor. Would be a massive timesaver for me and a lot of event organisers I know.
  4. Hi I'm also trying to link airtable and vectorworks. C-data has an ODBC driver for airtable, and vectorworks is odbc compatible. If I can get this to work it would speed up my workflows massively. Ive got as far as installing the driver, and iODBC which uses the driver, vectorworks recognises the database but I cant get it to connect at present. Anyone got any further than this? Cheers Iain
