  1. Hello. Trying to do a simple existing tree diagram for an arborist. They have supplied the calculated SRZ which I am trying to input into the existing tree data. If I click 'Show Structural Root Zone' then it automatically calculates the radius (shown greyed out). I can go into 'Additional Fields' and set the SRZ to the radius that I want but as soon as I close this dialogue it reverts to its own calculation. Is there a way to avoid this? From what I've read, the SRZ calculation is based on the 'Critical Root Zone' setting, however no matter what I change this to, I'm getting the same auto-calculation for the SRZ. I can only provide input into one option or the other- by selecting 'Show Structural Root Zone' it takes away the 'Root Display' option. My work around is to use the 'Root Display' and use the 'Critical Root Zone' as a makeshift SRZ, however, the input is in diameter, when everything else is in radius, so I'm increasing up my workload having to double the SRZ figure from the Arborists assessment (which is in word so not a quick task like it would be in excel). It's doable but not ideal and shouldn't be necessary. Can anyone assist? I hope this makes sense... Thanks!
  2. Go to the Tools menu > Database > Record Format Connection. Locate the Plant Record in the list, select it then click Edit. Select the Quantity field then click Edit. Change the Type to Integer and set the default value to zero. Click OK 3 times. If everything does not update correctly, then choose Reset All Plug-ins from the Tools > Utilities menu.
  3. Below is how to fix the plant quantities displaying to 2 decimal places: 1. Go to the Tools menu > Database > Record Format Connection. 2. Locate the Plant Record in the list, select it then click Edit. 3. Select the Quantity field then click Edit. 4. Change the Type to Integer and set the default value to zero. 5. Click OK 3 times. 6. Set opacity to 100% (I know, madness but this refreshes the display).
