Thank you that helped. For the past couple years I've been using vwx 2014, and weirdly it would never happen in that. Recently shifted to 2019.

The same issuu alsso occurs when im trying to clip a part of an object. The dimensions it clips, are different from what i enter. My grid snap is off.

The move short key 'shift m' does not move the object orthogonally even if i press shift. Secondly, when i try to draw a rectangle, and enter in the dimensions, the rectangle that gets created is of completely different dimensions. Attaching a video to show what I mean. Hello! In my vectorworks 2019 for mac OS catalina, whenever I open an old file, a lot of objects keep appearing and disappearing. I'm able to select them, but not able to see them which makes it almost impossible to work on it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
