We are seeking Architectural Designer Candidates

 

Designer candidates should

·       Have an accredited degree in architecture

·       4+ years related experience.

·       Have experience with the custom residential design process from project conception through contract documents.

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       strong verbal and writing skills.

Proficiency in Vectorworks required.

We are seeking to add a Project Manager to the team.

Project Manager candidates should:

·       Have an accredited degree in architecture

·       7+ years related experience.

·       Have experience with the custom residential design process from project conception through contract administration.

·       Should be able to show experience of managing client expectation management.

·       Proficient technical knowledge of project construction and site management.

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Proficiency in Vectorworks required.

·       strong verbal and writing skills.
