I'm looking for someone who can translate design sketches and concepts with Vectorworks Landmark into design renders for clients and also to create working plans for planning permission submission and tendering. The person needs good working knowledge of the following:
Building Modelling
DTM modelling
Layout / Dimension plans
Grading and Drainage plans
Elevations & Details
Planting plans
Landscape Lighting Plans
Irrigation Plans
and also creative flair to create engaging visuals. Medium to large projects.
