I've been trying to import an Autocad file into VectorWorks. I can see the drawing while it's importing but not after. The classes are listed but can't find the drawing anywhere. HELP!

I used the horizontal brick pattern on a drawing. On the screen and print preview they look fine but when printed the bricks come out vertical. I tried printing with the disable text rotation checked and unchecked and the results were the same. I use Vectorworks 9.5.3 with OS X version 10.3.3 and print with HP1220C. Any sugestions?

Printing w/ HP1220, OSX 10.2.6 VW9.5.3 - lines that are not in drawings appear both in print previews and printouts. Zoomimg 1,000,000% doesn't show them in the original drawing.
