Hi All, I have recently upgraded my laptop to a Dell XPS 13 because my last one broke. Mine is the new edition (as of 16/6/2020) with a 10th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-1065G7 and 16GB of RAM. As with most laptops an integrated graphics card but has access to more than 1GB of memory. Has anyone tried using this laptop with Vectorworks? And if so which versions? I am having some issues and want to confirm it is not my hardware. Thanks!

I have just installed Vectorworks 2020 on my new laptop. I have used the existing licence I had on my old laptop. My old laptop is broken so I cannot start it. The installation appeared to complete and be successful. However when I go to open it it does not finish running the initial processes. I think it is a licensing issue but cannot be sure. What should I do? Is there any way I can confirm it is a licensing issue? Do I have to contact tech support to resolve this issue? Thanks
