I spoke to tech support and they told me that my account had expired as I did not upload proof of education , however I have now uploaded the proof and my vectorworks still will not work

Whenever I try to use vectorworks , a little message will appear showing me that there is a incorrect serial number and I need to enter a new in order for vectorworks to work properly
