This is the forst year that our school has offered a CADD cousre, so as the students learn so does the teacher. He is having us create a mechanical pencil (to scale of course), and we cannot seem to be able to create a thread and subtract or add it to an object from the pencil.

We seem to stuck on how to create a 3D set of threads and subtract or add solids to the object from the pencil.
