[Turn text into stake - possible?]

Hoping you can help - this script is exactly what I need, however when I run the script it doesn't grab the decimals of the text box - any ideas?

 

i.e. a text box of 13.82 returns a 3d loci with a Z height of 13

Yes - is this possible? Possibly a few predefined colours if that's easier? 

 

It's what I though would be a 'simple' version of a few object nodes I'm hoping to make to save time on a lot of repetitive tasks.

I'm hoping for an easy fix I've missed in my googling. 

 

I want to be able to change the colour/ attributes of a Marionette / object node from the object info panel or in such a way that it is easy/ quick to customise.

It would be great if you could have a feature where the client could choose a range of preselected textures or colours for predefined objects in web view, change the colours of walls/ carpets/ different grass textures for example.

Hi, I'm hoping somebody can help me with what I'm hoping is an easy fix for my problem 

 

I'm trying to create the fence section attached -  but without the doubled up mesh. Is it possible to create a section with different height poles?

[Rendering issues]

Hi all - Does anyone know if this was fixed at all?

 

I seem to be having the same issues, one file doesn't render if I use a render works style, final render works etc. just leaves me with a white block - I've tried changing the compression settings, but not reinstalling...

Thank you for the help - the list explode seemed to help after a bit of debugging. It still gets a bit buggy if you enclose it into an object but its good enough for my purposes.

Thanks for looking at this - I fell like its pretty close - I just want to 'delete' the big red rectangle. I used it to cut the circle in half but it 'reappears' when I extrude everything.

Hi - I'm hoping somebody can help me. 

 

I'm new to Vectorworks and trying to get to grips with Marionette objects, I've put this together to create a simple  netball court given dimensions width, length and line width. 

 

I can't work out why / how to 'delete' the extra rectangle shown in the picture. 

 

Any help would be much approached!
