Hi! Due to maintenance I had to reset my laptop. Now I reinstalled Vectorworks 2020 but my serial number is no longer accepted (even though I had already uploaded a proof of enrolment). Is there any way to get another serial number or to fix this? 🤔

Hi! I have already created an account and uploaded my proof of enrollment, but I can't download any software copy. It just pops up a window that says: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." It's been 4 or 5 days and I don't know what happens. I hope you can help me. 😃
