Hi! My vectorworks has expired and I sent a extension request and got it back and I redownloaaded the software and input the serial number I was given and still says that my vectorworks is expired.

Hello, I tried to renew my student license, but it isn't working. I had completed installment of the new version and a window pops up saying that "Vectorworks cannot be activated because your software license has expired", although I installed the renewed student license. I have uploaded my ID/ provided my proof of enrollment it still says that it expired/ wrong serial number. Any suggestions how to deal with this issue?
