Hi,
I got an invitation of a colleague to use vectorworks 2020 with his license. So i logged in on vectorworks select, downloaded vectorworks, he gave me his serial number.
Now the problem is when i launch vectorworks i get a popup screen that sais "Vectorworks requires activation over the internet before it can be used", this is ti connect the serial number with my device . If i press activate I get a message that there is a communication error it de program can not connect to the internet. The internet connection is perfectly fine..
Is this because i'm using the same serial number?
