Dear Vectorsworks Employee or Representative,
I'm a student taking Basic Design at Normandale Community College and I was told by Vectorsworks that my license was going to expire and I needed to extend it.
I have tried so and I sent my school schedule and my student ID, but for some reason it tells me that it cannot be renewed because it isn't valid. But the thing this wasn't the first this happened and it still gave me access to Vectorsworks for a trail period.
The thing is with my student ID it never expires or even has an expiration date on it, which is what Vectorsworks would like to see. So I uploaded it anyway just in case and that's denied. I also tried sending my class schdule which was another thing Vectorsworks would like to see as well. It shows all the classes I'm taking and then it's also denied, so at this point I'm confused as to what more do I need to send to Vectorsworks.
Also when I tried finding the excess to "Extend License", I cannot find the link to extend it whatsoever. The only thing I could do is re-download Vectorsworks again and send my class schedule again to download it. But then it denies me once more.
Could you please me as to what I should do to extend my license for Vectorsworks? It would immensely help me out and I would be very grateful for your help.
