  1. @Alex Sagatov Thank you, I do appreciate it. I do still have one question however, whenever I open the application it gives me a warning message that my license will expire on 6 April, even though my Vectorworks account says that I'm good through 30 April 2022. Is this an error, and if so, how do I fix it? Also, I was asked to upgrade to 2021, if I upgrade to 2021, will my license carry over?
  2. Hello! I am a student lighting designer and I use Vectorworks to plot out all my shows. My license is set to expire in four days, and I am currently in the middle of a big show with hang and focus starting next week, I have tried to apply for an extension, and I have received no further information, how long does it usually take for extensions to be approved?
  3. @Alex Sagatov I went into my account, and it still says my license is set to expire on 6 April? Do I need to log out and back in?
  4. Thank you Alex! I do sincerely appreciate it.

  6. I've recently taken up lighting design at my school, and decided to try Vectorworks. I loved it, but I have a few questions. Even though I provided proof of enrollment, my license still expired after 30 days. Any idea on how to fix this?
