Jesse Desrosiers

I re-downloaded vectorworks on a new computer and requested an extension on my student license (I provided proof of enrollment) but when I try to use the old version of that was given to me, it still says the account can't be activated because my license is expired. I need to use this program fast for an upcoming project. Please help!
