Actually, sorry, I think the question need to be a bit broader....is it possible to cancel the serial number and get a new one? I need to have the student version working on my new laptop. Thanks!

Trying to setup VectorWorks 2019 on a new laptop. Have uninstalled from the old laptop, but when I log into my student account it does not give me the option of downloading the program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Desperate in Ottawa!
