Pcarusso

This is a brand new install of free trial version. I'm trying to open a slightly older .vwx file. First it gets successfully converted to 2020. Check. Then the font mapping needs to be made compatible so I make a selection successfully. Check. Then the "updating plugin objects" process begins but freezes at 27%. After a while I get "Not Responding" from the PC so I shut it down. I've restarted, closed all other windows, etc.Thoughts? P.S. And I've never used/seen Vectorworks before today.
