Does anyone know how to create EZ revision clouds aside from using the polyline by Bezier point?

Is there a simple way to align "schedule" type text in multiple columns? I have multiple columns of text, but I haven't been able to get clean oriented columns. I've tried separate text blocks for each column but that was too messy, so I currently have 1 big text block with spacing between columns. I'm currently using v8.5 in both MAC/WIN platforms. Thanks
