We are looking for a junior architect / job captain to join our growing office. Ideally looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of experience working in an architecture firm. Founded in 2011, we are an established small architecture firm with exciting projects ranging from workplace in NYC and Philadelphia to high end residential in rural PA. The office is located in Hellertown, PA. Responsibilities include: - Field measuring, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document drafting. - Presentation drawings. - Building permit drawings. - Interior Design and Space Planning. - Coordination with project teams, general contractors, engineers, and clients. - Some day to day office responsibilities involved in running an office (filing, scanning, etc) - CAD and 3D experience a must. VectorWorks experience a strong bonus! - Must be proficient in Excel and Word and must be very organized. We need someone who can work well within a team, but also be independent when necessary; someone eager to learn and grow with the company! Work hours can be flexible if communication is open and deadlines are met. Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year plus medical benefits and employee matched retirement account. Salary will vary with experience and incoming responsibility level. Job Type: Full-time. Work at our office location. Remote work will not be considered.
