I tried updating both Java and Safari with no positive result. Meanwhile have found that using Netscape as default browser results in VW Help loading in a fraction of the time it takes Explorer to load.

VectorWorks Help does not work for me if Safari is the default browser. Using the F1 key works the first time it is used only if you quit Safari before hitting the key. I have to quit Safari every time before trying to use Help. If I'm in VectorWorks Help and want change the topic all I get is the title page. Needless to say I make sure my default browser is Internet Explorer when VectorWorks is in use.
