Found a solution, for some reason if I went to File > "Publish" and follow that thread I actually somehow reverted everything back to being able to export to PDF A0 again. Not sure why that worked but it did.

I've been having no trouble until the past couple of days however recently when I export an A0 sheet which I have checked many times does say A0 in page set up and there isn't any scaling settings on when I export to PDF however each time I export it, the file downsizes to A4. Which means when I print them off to A0 it becomes very pixelated because I have to enlarge it again to A0 after exporting. Does anyone know why it might be doing this or have any suggestions?
