  1. Hi Gerard, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I contacted vector works yesterday and am waiting for a response.
  2. Hi, I have just created a student account for vector works. I have downloaded and installed the software, but when I try to open it, it requires an activation which consistently fails, with the error - ‘vector works cannot be activated because your serial number is not recognised by our server’. Would you be able to advise me as to why this is an issue? Thanks!
