I use VW just about everyday. Have a project due this week so I went to open it and it wont load past "loading user preferences". Deinstalled and reinstalled VW. Same issues. Thoughts or Suggestions?

Apparently, if you give up all hope and put all your eggs in one basket to try once more or vow everlasting vengeance upon the VW 2019 creators it will ONLY THEN work. Basically, I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and for no earthly reason, it now works again. Thanks for trying to help!
