Hi there, I have applied for the student license extension and supplied the relevant proof of study but after downloading the program an error message is still appearing saying that my product licence has expired. How long should the extension request take? thank you, please advise

Hi - applied for the extension but haven't had any updates or feedback. Have followed all the instruction but Vectorworks is still saying my licence has expired. How long will it take?
