Hi,
A friend of mine has a problem with Vectorworks on his Laptop. He can start the program with no problems, but after it has loaded and he closes the info window, which informs him that he is using the student version, it closes right away.
We have already tried different versions of Vectorworks (2018; 2019 SP01, SP02 and SP03)
His Laptop has as far as I know an i7 7700hq with an 620 graphics chip as well as a GTX 1050 GPU. If it is of help I could send you the txt diagnostics file from DirectX.
Help would be very much appreciated.
