[Vectorworks not creating an .xml file for Lightwright]

Hello,

 

I'm having trouble with Vectorworks creating a .xml file for Lightwright (using Automatic Data Exchange). I've set the export to create in the same folder as the .vwx file but I can't find it. I also tried manually sending it to the same file but still nothing.

 

Thoughts? Thnx

[Vision Failing to Open]

I have recently installed Vectorworks Vision and I am having trouble opening it. Every time I try to open it, I would get the usual load up screen (attachment 1) and then it would close, at first I thought it was probably still loading but after waiting for a while, I tried to open it again and this time I would get this message (attachment 2). 

 

I've tried to contact customer support and they've asked me to send them some documents and a list of my installed apps and I still haven't gotten anything back from them for a while. I'm not very tech savvy when it comes to computers so if someone could explain the problem to me and some solutions (cheap solutions as I'm on a student budget), I would greatly appreciate it.
