Finally! I've just grabbed a small bit. Could it be a render problem? The viewports are all rendered as hidden line....

Thanks @line-weight, the file keeps failing to upload though 😞

How do I change the ID tag on a door or window, without converting to unstyled? Currently all the instances of a particular style of door have the same ID tag! Not helpful. If I go into the settings for a particular instance, the ID tag options are greyed out....If I convert to unstyled, that defeats the object of having pre-prepared styles that can be edited across the project easily e.g. if Client decides to have a different shaped vision panel in the front doors across a series of houses, or we have particular product data to update the style with later in the project. I'm trying to generate a door schedule too.

I have just found this document - but there are no standard line styles/use protocol. This document has this, https://aecuk.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/aecukbimstandardforrevit-v1-0.pdf but it seems to have been superseded by a document that refers you to your specific CAD platform documentation. Which of course doesn't list this protocol anyway!
show elements in sections and not in elevations

same problem with everything except open GL it seems....and that is not suitable for tender drawings that will be issued in black and white and need to be kept clean.
