Tech support @ VW has been unable to offer a solution for three weeks, as to why a properly installed VW 10.1 will not work with the dongle. It lights up, but is not "seen" and therefore shuts down. (This is on a G4 desktop.) I have seen some different problems with the dongle addressed, how about this one? Anyone have an idea? Tech support at Nemetschek seems to be clueless.
